[/quote] Really? mass exodus at my last job where the boss has used all sorts of discriminatory language to divide workers by race I'd say the "boss" (and I use that term loosely.) is exploiting his folks to create an environment that benefits him. So while I've met many intelligent black men, I've also met quite a few who were pushed along by affirmative action and therefore didn't have the skills necessary to do the job right. [/quote]
