Gee, I wonder - a lifelong civil servant, a person of integrity and principle (never mind your opinions of his HRC gaffe) who led the FBI being hauled into federal court on TRUMPed up charges brought by the DOJ he once served and from which his beloved daughter was fired without cause and two of his sons-in-law have resigned on principle - why would that depress a man?

My own career as a lawyer was much more modest, but I studied at Georgetown and spent time in the federal courts there and have had lifelong reverence for the institutions I'm now watching being stained and destroyed by the pig in the WH and I take a little time every single day to cry over it. It's AWFUL to watch this unfolding, if you give any kind of care for our democracy.

As to people worrying about the financial cost to Comey - I doubt very much that Patrick Fitzgerald is charging him for the pleasure of coming out of boring retirement to take on the POS in the WH and his stupid minion in the DOJ. I'm sure he's thrilled to be doing it, and I can't wait to watch him TROUNCE that idiot USA Hooligan and her stooges, if this farce ever even makes it to trial - highly unlikely given that her appointment is most likely in violation of statute which will render the indictment hollow and the statute of limitations has passed. So sad![/quote]
