Hmmmmm [twitter]https://x.com/wxyzdetroit/status/1905028268694094207[/twitter]
Who did they vote for?
The UAW and the USW both endorsed Harris. The membership voted Trump.
I guess the membership now understands that Trump’s fevered dream that tariffs will bring back U.S. manufacturing is a fantasy. And it’s weird, because if that were the case, Biden would have done it. No president in U.S. history has been as pro-labor as Biden.
He led an electric car push that destroyed union jobs.
Elon is the one with electric cars and no union jobs, dear.
Elon's company is successful, and basically cornered the market. Biden pushed the other car companies to follow along, and they are hurting.
Tesla is not successful. Have you looked at the earnings report the last three cycles. The company is hemorrhaging money and people are not buying the cars. Tesla and Wall Street hailed Tesla as a technology company and not a car company for years. That’s why Tesla traded with the tech companies, Magnificent 7, opposed to trading with the automotive sector. Tesla has been propped up with government gimmes. Tesla is not a tech company. Wamo beat them to the punch in self driving and the Chinese has now produced faster charging stations.
