There's no way it's underfunded, just misappropriated. APS ranks among the highest per capita in the nation. This includes schools in New York state, of which there are close to 100 in the top 1000 in USNWR. College outcomes are terrible in APS as well. They just don't know how to run a school system in Arlington. [/quote]
