Our College Counselor indicated there was a shift this year.

A lot of kids are being admitted from smaller, less well-known private schools across the US in an effort to diversify the UMC student base at top 25 private schools. Some boarding schools in particular have struggled this year with quantity of T25 admits

Can confirm. Acceptances at my kid's school in the middle of nowhere this year include 4 Ivies and multiple T10s. My kid's teacher said she's his first Ivy admit in his 30+ years of teaching.[/quote]
