But like many things the Federal Government tries to do, the implementation of their plan sucks and was nothing like what was intended. Are you arguing that the government wants the education of kids with disabilities to reguarly detract from and interfere with the education of other kids, even some with their own disabilities? Its broken and it doesn't work. At all.

And I agree with pp who said that ADHD and anxiety kids need a calm and orderly environment and are very negatively affected by distractions and chaos. I actually wanted my daughter with test anxiety to get pulled out of the room for testing. However, my good friend who is a sped teacher told me not to ask for that, because she will just get stuck in another room with all the disruptive kids who get pulled for tests. [/quote]
