Yes that was my thought - it's like the third world or shady stuff that happens.in Italy where people pocket money rather than maintain. The focus in dc is entirely wrong.. livability is out of whack, but build more and demand to be recognized as a state! This Mayor, Council and GGW sux..can't believe our pole have so little integrity [/quote]
The situation is even worse. Tried to claim that the collapse was only the result of a collision. But it was in poor repair and they did nothing. And shouldn't a bridge on a road be able to withstand a crash anyway?
