Way to go Alexandria City council and hired hands.[/quote] The south bound 395 HOV ramp is already HOV 24/7 on Seminary. Are you talking about the HOT lane conversion? If so, it is the north bound ramp that was the concern, and that is already open as a HOT lane. [/quote]
