You're right.  This is a wealthy state and Montgomery County is significantly wealthier than the rest of the state.  I think you are correct that we need to distribute the wealth more evenly.  So maybe there should be an extra Montgomery County tax to support the dreamer's college fund.  After all, that's the most fair wait to redistribute the wealth, right?  They have the most, so should miss the extra money the least.[/quote]

Saying the wealthy should be taxed at a higher level on a national scale can work because, bloviating aside, next to no one is going to flee the country over this.  But people will, and to a degree already have, move over the boarder if the relative tax burden here becomes much greater than neighboring areas.[/quote]
