So the agency still has no instructions regarding hiring. I think its likely your hiring manager has no concrete instructions either, so you might want to wait a little longer before contacting her again - unless its been a week or more since you last contacted her. Asking for updates weekly, seems reasonable to me until you get closer to the start date in your offer.[/quote]
