“I don’t have the yips with respect to boots on the ground — like every president says, ‘There will be no boots on the ground.’ I don’t say it,. ““I say ‘probably don’t need them,’ [or] ‘if they were necessary.'”

Contradicting that last sentence he promised no boots on the ground last year in Ukraine.

She first asks if there will be boots on the ground. Then she asks if those boots will include Israelis. It's obvious the first question refers to Americans boots. Not hard to understand.

Everyone knows Israelis like to have Americans fight their wars like they did in Iraq.

Israel could not supply the troops. It is a very small country. Its active duty ground forces are only 170k. They would be stretched to supply 10k troops. They are occupying Gaza, Lebanon, etc.

Add in the West Bank and Syria. You're right. Boots on the ground means Americans.
