The US sent old 1980’s and 1990’s equipment to Ukraine. The US military has retired much of that out old equipment and does not use it.

Israel is a different story. We expended 1/3 of our top line interceptors in June and most likely another 1/3-1/2 in the current war. There is a 5 year backlog for most of these weapons system. The US is not restocking interceptors for Arab countries because we are out of them. Israel received F-35 before nato countries did. [/quote]
