No, DR offered to return it if they could “find it”. Then they delayed it again, saying they needed another day. Those are the facts. Why are you ignoring them and apologizing for DR behavior? They never gave it back, and made no indication from their actions that they would. [/quote]

Who is this poster on here writing as if they knew exactly what DR did or was trying to do? A lawyer for the former POI or someone from his camp? There were discrepancies in reports around the passport so how else would these people know what happened re: passport?[/quote]
