There's no evidence of foul play and ample evidence that poor judgment was used on a beach where 3 people had already drowned this year, not even involving excessive alcohol and night time. The parents are rational people who want closure, which is reasonable.

Maybe it's " their culture " thing ?
They or a poster said something about certain days after missing? Their lawyer could have advised certain things too and that it involving another country ?

How would you know? my posts are based on CNN articles, statements from the lawyer, and journalists that covered the hearing, etc. The info isn’t hard to find. Why are you fighting it? Google is your friend here.

That is what the Indian auntie insisted when anyone inquired about the "friends." She was furious when someone got their names, but was okay with this named and pilloried boy taking the fall in place of the "friends." Why? Because she doesn't want their futures jeopardized - probably she's the mom of one of them. She was okay with this boy's future getting fully jeopardized and destroyed.
My guess is that is just IG trash talk someone is sensationalizing for clicks. Regardless, remember this is a real person and none of us would want what happened to Sudiksha or the boy to happen to our kids.
DP. Are you that obtuse? The young man's name was all over the media. He was listed as a POI...until what yesterday? You should probably take it up with Fox news, AP news, ABC, NBC, DR news, Indian news etc etc..Notice how the young man's friend/traveling friend too was hardly mentioned in media or here? Most didn't know his passport was confiscated until it was reported it was returned and he left country. Bizarre why they kept that young man's friend yet no one mentioned his name here or in media. Hmmmm...

Who is this poster on here writing as if they knew exactly what DR did or was trying to do? A lawyer for the former POI or someone from his camp? There were discrepancies in reports around the passport so how else would these people know what happened re: passport?

Yes I’m aware of the past cases of tainted alcohol being sold by DR bars; believe the bars got a cheap deal from island distilleries on “rejected” batches of rum (probably mostly heads and tails, them mixed in with known-good batches).
NP. It’s not a far-fetched theory at all. Read the reviews of the hotel from that week.
It’s not uncommon in DR, not just that resort or week. Read Trip Advisor posts upthread.

It's a territory of the U.S., not one of the states of the United States.
Anyway, what I meant was has he made it to one of the 50 states in the United States? Meaning, if he makes it to one of the 50 states, he's safe. If he's stuck in Puerto Rico, DR might get ideas and try to pull him back.
