This was a thought out plan that lasted an hour. What is as scary to think about is, HOW WERE THEY PLANNING TO GET HOME? I think it is safe to assume they were not going to grab the kids from the car and walk 10 min home. Nothing about their actions tells me this was likely. So yes, after leaving those kids in the car for an hour while they drank they were going to drive those kids home. This is beyond "not a great moment in parenting"[/quote]
