The number of times I’ve heard “It’s like my coach used to say…” So all of his comments about how it’s game time, I’m lacing up my cleats, etc. completely tracks. As one of the few non-athletes at my job, it takes some getting used to.[/quote] I concur, as a woman who worked with mostly males. They can’t discuss anything for very long, without resorting to sports analogies. To me it displayed a weak vocabulary. And was less than inclusive. [/quote]
