You can blow through that and your saved up hours quite quickly if we are required to take the whole day off for a one hour doc appointment. My kids get sick for like 5 days each time so that is 5 months of accrued sick leave gone. Then maybe another kid gets it. Then doc appointment for various things. You get the picture. [/quote]
