Many of the people released are people held under administrative detention. So many were not even tried, let alone convicted of anything.

The youngest is 15 years old. Just a kid. 69 of the 90 are women.

I don't know who they all are, but the Times of Israel link mentions that one of the women was arrested as part of "a crackdown on nonviolent political opposition". Two other women mentioned are the sister or wife of Hamas/PFLP members, but do not list what the two women themselves were in prison for.

NP. I don’t think it’s fair at all given that the Israelis have 100x as many wrongly held persons. It should be 3 for 300![/quote]

I’m comparing adults in a conscription society to civilians captured from a subjugated civilian population without trial.
