I suspect it's a different crowd paying attention now. Today's parents really aren't the same parents who were around with Emma V-S.

Because we need minority representation on the Board, because we are a  "progressive" community.

Even though the minority representation ACDC chooses is middle-class, well-connected and does white politics well. You can even come from nowhere and all of a sudden know APS politics.

Prerequisite: don't be those minority types who are loud and inconvenient.[/quote]
