Also, it's one thing to invoke racism over policy when you are arguing about how a potential policy will impact URMs, it's something else to simply claim that people who oppose you are de facto racist. Yup.  He testified before the HPRB that his constituents “hid their racism behind a veneer of historic preservation” because they asked for an increased setback and height to be reduced by a floor on a market rate apartment and condo development.  Immature and offensive.[/quote]
