This is the first year of Spanish and it is only for three grades, so there aren't siblings already enrolled. Sometimes things take a little while to get going and develop a track record. And Houston's test scores overall are modest, which makes it less appealing to people but does not mean they don't want Spanish. If you look at Stokes East End you will see much more interest.[/quote]
