DP, but are you saying that Jews DIDN'T hire African-Americans? Of course there were other people who hired African-Americans. No one us suggesting that ONLY Jews did that. But it was certainly disproportionate.

Thank you for backing me up. This one antisemtitc PP I've been conversing with is getting on my nerves, as she is adamant not to acknowledge the efforts Jews made on blacks' behalf. In fact, she is downright resentful of it. What's that saying.....no good deed goes unpunished? I'm done with her. [/quote]

Your existence is owed in part to the efforts those young black men enlisted in a segregated army made on your behalf when it came time to take your relatives out of the Nazi ovens . Not a whole lot of AAs ( if any)are expecting anything in return like you [/quote]

The only thing expected in return is to not be treated with anti-semtism. No one is asking for a medal, or thanks, but it would be nice to not be subjugated as a people to the same thing that African-Americans have been subjugated to in terms of gross misperceptions and propogating racist myths.[/quote]
