When the midwife lost her license, Jill lost her training hours I believe. Then she had her own kid anyway, and you don't work after babies in that world. Jana was training to be a doula, which as far as I know doesn't actually require any certification, so I guess she could still call herself a doula, but I don't think she's been practicing.[/quote]
