Wait, what??
The boys never have blankets on their beds because you never know what will happen if that's allowed. It's absurd. If I could figure out how to do it on my phone, I'd include a photo, but there's a pic on this page of the boys room, and you can see that there are only sheets on the bed

Wait, what prevents them from touching themselves under a sheet? Maybe I'm missing something here
It's more visible. I wonder if they leave the lights on all night or have an attack dog at the ready to thwart unapproved fapping.

Does anyone know if any of the older Duggar girls are working as midwives? They were training as midwives, but I don't know if any of them are actually employed.
No. Jill was training under a midwife who lost her license after irresponsibly handling an emergency birth. When the midwife lost her license, Jill lost her training hours I believe. Then she had her own kid anyway, and you don't work after babies in that world.
Jana was training to be a doula, which as far as I know doesn't actually require any certification, so I guess she could still call herself a doula, but I don't think she's been practicing.

I think that Jana is holding out for a really good one. Maybe a famous, young, handsome, rich athlete or high society guy.
I'm not sure. I think I remember an episode of her saying she's not into the whole "business suit" type and likes more of the down and dirty type (not those exact words).
Delaying marriage is also a good way for her to manage her family size and to find a husband who is not a child himself.
This is my thought too. And, as much as I would figure that anyone would want a quick escape from that family, it might be more her style to take things slow, unlike all of her other sisters. I'm actually hoping that she'll casually drift out of the show and do her own thing, as a single woman. That would be such great news.
