The ones who were so blatantly racist that they were excoriated by a judge in the opinion striking down their law? Those kinds of ethics? A pp cited the attempt to restore voting rights to felons who had completed their sentence in VA. Since another PP brought up Washington State I'll use them as an example. Per https://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/Voter-Eligibility.aspx, if you were convicted of a felony and have been released, your eligibility to vote is restored, but you must re-register. So, unlike that scurrilous VA governor who was trying to reintegrate felons back into society, WA does it automatically. [/quote]
