Footage is released but never within 48 hours of the shooting.  Chicago set a record releasing the footage a WEEK after.

I will not dispute that many, many cases of officer-involved shootings are criminal and unnecessary.  The footage in many cases is clear to me.  But not EVERY shooting is the fault of the police.  I live in Wisconsin and this case is particularly relevant to me.  As is the shooting death of Tony Robinson last year.  19 year old kid was high, running thru traffic, tried to strangle someone, and was dangerous enough that his roommates called 911.  Police showed up at the address based on a 911 call and Tony attacked the cop.  The cop shot him in self defense.

How about SOME personal responsibility like don't take Xanex, mushrooms, and weed and then attack people?!?[/quote]
