I tell myself that delaying the divorce is helping financially even if it isn't making me happier. And delaying the kids changing schools. Honestly, DH's parents are divorced and it has helped for him to see how much more work and cost it is for us to care for them separately has been a reality check. OP, do the counseling. I know it's hard but it really helped us.[/quote]
