Do you consciously eat smaller portions?[/quote] Im in your exact weight range. was hovering around 140 for a long time and felt like crap. now at 130. if I ate the above, I would be 145+. The only way I have found to lose any weight, is to go 1200 calories a day or less and be sure to get at least 9,000 steps. And I've only lost the 10 lbs in over 2 months. I'm short though, under 5'2". I would advise tracking food and activity and see how it works for you. [/quote]
