This may be true. OP, you have to take care of yourself and make looking and feeling good a priority. It doesn't have to be priority #1 but you need to pay attention. I have no idea what you look like so you may look perfectly great and your ex is indeed an asshole. It's also possible that you became one of those women who threw themselves into child rearing and didn't pay any attention to herself. Stay in shape. Wear clothes that fit you well. Have a hobby or a passion that belongs to you and you alone--not necessarily your child. Confidence and self-love will make you very attractive. [/quote]
