I also know she's very popular in her district. I don't think she's been a good DNC chair, but ironically, Bernie is just delaying the possibility of her being replaced. This will help Canova raise more money and it's a direct shot at the White House. It's very Tea Party. It also makes Bernie look small and vengeful. But as I said, it's a test for him.
