The home prices in those places are well over half a million dollars! How does that not equal lots of mature adults, many with good educations and real jobs? Just like all the other far out neighborhoods that cost the same, but with houses 3x as big and no dandelions in the yards. I'll take my child neighborhood with weeds![/quote]
