The only biblical boy names that start w r that i can think of are Reuben and Rufus. Op, is it one of those? I don't like Rigel...it seems like it would always be an issue for ppl to pronounce and he'd always have to be answering questions about the names meaning and origin his whole life. I have a name that elicits those questions and I hated it so much as a kid and still get annoyed by it occasionally as an adult. I agree boy names are hard especially when you already used your favorite one but I would keep looking if I were you...[/quote]
