No, I am only just preparing to leave.

What does it mean that the courts are good to such types of people? How? And I don't have much money for a court battle. Can't lawyers come to an agreement without going to court? What kinds of strategies do these men use?

You should definitely speak to an attorney before you attempt to move your kids to another state without your spouse's approval. That's asking for trouble. If you don't have children, you have more options. [/quote]
