It really irks me when people randomly state acceptance rates as if they are indication of total admission rates. Many people apply just because it's free to play lottery. Of the 300+ children on the PK3 WL for YY last year, they are also applying to up to 11 other schools. [/quote]

NP.  PP probably meant that she should worry about it after they get into the school which they most likely won't so don't create problems where none exist.[/quote]

+1.  Someone always "wins" the lottery, so to not rank your choices in true preference order just because the chance of getting in is small is stupid.[/quote]
