Nose studs have been part of Indian culture for hundreds of years. Ear lobes and the nose are prime acupressure points that cover a gamut of organs and it is healthy to keep those points stimulated. Small jewelry, studs do just that In olden india, men had their ears pierced as well. [/quote]
