Admitted first round.  She had straight 4's this quarter, so I think it is a good fit.

What I am thinking for my daughter was that her 2 scores were consistent with each other, whereas my DS had significantly lower CogAT, plus special needs that would keep him from being able to keep up in Language Arts.   He is very, very strong in science and math, but writing...not so much.   I am confident his lower CogAT is due to his ADHD.  I may request a retest now that he is on medication, but do not plan to appeal, except possibly for Middle School entrance.  AAP math is all he needs right now, but I do think AAP Science would be a good fit (I also have an 8th grader in AAP, so I am familiar with the program)[/quote]
