You are so far off, it's laughable. These are very strong scores - COGAT, FSIQ and GBRS - it's a lock that DC will be accepted. This "below" FSIQ will trump 132+ NNAT and Cogat score.
Typically an "in" is at or higher than a 130 of FSIQ. Kid doesn't have that. The CoGAT is high but not enormously high, esp. in light of the quite low NNAT.
