Probably in unless GBRS is below 10. You should ask for the GBRS. Also note that if your child's strength is math, it is possible for him/her to take advanced math at many schools without being in full-time LIV.

I can only share my recent experience.
DS (currently in 4th Gen Ed):
127 Naglieri

16 GBRS (did not see, AART just told me the #, I told her not to take time to copy as we did not plan to appeal)
NOT admitted
Did not appeal (son has autism and ADHD, and was not sure it was the best fit. AART encouraged us to apply). He is currently being pulled into AAP for math, but has Special Ed help for writing. (reason for not appealing, he is highly intelligent, but HIGHLY inattentive)
DD (currently in 3rd Grade AAP Center)

Admitted first round. She had straight 4's this quarter, so I think it is a good fit.
What I am thinking for my daughter was that her 2 scores were consistent with each other, whereas my DS had significantly lower CogAT, plus special needs that would keep him from being able to keep up in Language Arts. He is very, very strong in science and math, but writing...not so much. I am confident his lower CogAT is due to his ADHD. I may request a retest now that he is on medication, but do not plan to appeal, except possibly for Middle School entrance. AAP math is all he needs right now, but I do think AAP Science would be a good fit (I also have an 8th grader in AAP, so I am familiar with the program)

You are so far off, it's laughable. These are very strong scores - COGAT, FSIQ and GBRS - it's a lock that DC will be accepted. This "below" FSIQ will trump 132+ NNAT and Cogat score.
Typically an "in" is at or higher than a 130 of FSIQ. Kid doesn't have that. The CoGAT is high but not enormously high, esp. in light of the quite low NNAT.
The committee appears to likes .two data points showing a need for admission. This kid has the GBRS and the CoGat I think it is a fair shot but certainly not a slam dunk.
