OP Here:

I have been invited to the ex girlfriend's parent's home on about five occasions for Christmas and Thanksgiving dinner.

The Mother Facebook requested me to be her friend and at the time I had no reason not to accept her as a friend.
My phone number is in my profile and I am pretty sure that is how she obtained it.

I feel a bit relieved that some of you think I am overreacting. That probably nothing will come from this.

It sounds like the mom has a personality disorder, like borderline or something, and it's really impacting how her whole family operates.  I don't think she's dangerous.  But they all seem really toxic.    Get the police involved, if just for peace of mind.  I'm glad your son is broken up with her.    That family sounds like nothing but BAD news emotionally.    You are not overreacting.  Nothing they've done is normal.  [/quote]
