I mean, it's true, but it doesn't mean anything and it doesn't actually respond. You may not understand the difference between necessary and sufficient condition. The fact that schools can succeed without bells and whistles doesn't mean that bells and whistles have no value. And no one says they create smart kids, but to discount that the bells and whistles may enhance their learning and help in development of higher learning is to ignore reality. [/quote]
