You do realize the Honduran refugees that were placed throughout the county are about 3-4yrs behind in school . So there are 14-16yr olds in middle school right now and are very active in gangs. They are from violent countries and find refuge and family in a gang. The El Salvadorians are welcoming them to increase numbers. The PP's question is not out of context. A freshman 17yr old refugee at Gaithersburg High School killed a man in cold blood just a few weeks ago. [/quote]
