2).  You live in a micro condo in "Shaw," and you pat your not old-hen self on the back for that street cred move, but you wouldn't have lived in Shaw in 1995.  Shown a picture of 1995 Shaw while you sat in your Muppets pull-up in Montclair, NJ, you would've clutched your pearls.

3)  You are aging every moment, the same as the rest of us.  Unless you get early onset breast cancer, you too will grow old [/spitting sneer]
