Skills or leverage or your own gig + setting expectations up front = 9-5 or better if you are willing to give up some $$$ in exchange. I probably earn ~60% of market potential, but still make low 6 figures working <30 hrs/week. My freedom (and happiness) not worth being someone's serf. [/quote]
