A reporter who was on the flight, Suzanne Kennedy, tweeted this from the plane:

Kennedy co-authored one of the articles to which I linked. However, she doesn't mention this in her article and no child is mentioned as being among the passengers removed from the plane. My guess is that the woman and child she tweeted about where not among those removed. Otherwise, you are correct, the moving about the aircraft would be the "suspicious activity".

I would think this woman w/ her child might be the one that reported the activity. Maybe there was a flight attendant in the back whom she notified.  Wasn't it mentioned in the article that the passenger that notified them was female?[/quote]
