There is no "grassy median" in my neighborhood.  There is the road, sidewalk, grass/yard.  I walk my dog around my own backyard to encourage her to poop there and not out on the walk -- but sometimes she poops in yards.  I clean it up, the end.  It hurts no one.  Don't let your vaccinated, disease-free children eat the grass or the dirt and you should be good.[/quote]

WRONG! You don't get to decide how much of your dogshit is okay to leave in my yard (or my trashcan) as the other thread. Be a good pet owner and curb your dog if there's no public grass. Or move to a place that has a better setup for your dog that will not put her in conflict with neighbors. You are not a helpless victim that has no option but to let your pet crap on other people's property. You are giving dog owners a bad name.

Now if you have neighbors who smile and wave when your dog shits on their grass like some PP, then by all means, let your dog go to town. [/quote]
