Yes you can travel between NY and VT quite easily, there are east-west roads. Perhaps you are worried about Lake Champlain? That's pretty far north. If you want to cross over before then you take 87 to Glens Falls and then take 149 and Rt 4 into VT towards Rutland. Rt 4 goes right to Woodstock. But it really depends where you are driving from.[/quote]
