You really do appear to be unbalanced. The principal was not trying to get a 19 year convicted of a felony. Principals are not able to file charges. States Attorneys do that. I found the article that you quoted and found that you left out a part:

"Assistant State's Attorney John Shim asked jurors in closing arguments to consider the images in a school [b]surveillance tape that shows Beard coming from behind and hitting the girl on the her head with an open hand before briefly putting his arm around her neck.[/b]

"'Can anyone say he didn't hit her? Absolutely not,' said Shim."

That is literally the only part of the article you didn't quote. Quite obviously you were selectively editing to present a false version of the story. Why didn't you want us to know that there was video evidence supporting the Principal's testimony? Given your selective editing, who looks more insane? You with your obsessive stalking or the Principal who is rightfully concerned about violence at school?
