International students largely pay full freight and are therefore welcomed by most colleges in this country.  Plus, schools look forward to donations from the kids' rich parents.  The out of state students -- their state school systems must be pretty weak.  Part of the problem with GMU -- which, to be fair, has some excellent professors -- is its location.  Clearly, better foresight would have resulted in it being given a better campus.[/quote]
