[/quote] It's not just parents of 'typical' kids I hear this from. It's also from parents who have no issues with the IEP teams - you see it here on DCUM, too. Ever see posts that warn against coming with an advocate because it sets up a bad dynamic? Or, 'you need to understand that resources are limited'. Or, 'if your DC's problems are so great, you need to go private'. [/quote]
