Do not waste your time and energy. At most 1 kid will be added to Cold Spring from waitlist BEFORE SCHOOL YEAR WILL START. Almost never any Cold Spring applicant refuse to accept. According to COLD SPRING PRINCIPAL , they NEVER bring kids after school starts. They feel that classes are too big as is. Even if kids drop of move they do not add kids.
Other center have some movement  from wait list, not COLD SPING.
