I would like to add that I am not overly sensitive and completely back up his teachers when justified and counsel my ds accordingly.  However, there is no denying teachers are human and some bring their personal biases to the job.  When that is the case, I advocate like heck for my ds and have no problem questioning anything I feel is rooted in such biases.  [/quote]
